Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
Warmly Invited is an event-invitation service operated by Greenwood Tech (“we,” “us”). It exists to help people gather in real life — and it is built on a simple promise: it is free, it carries no advertising, and the people on your guest list are never treated as a product. This policy explains what information we handle and what we do — and do not do — with it.
Information we collect
- From hosts: your name, email address, and the details of the events you create.
- About guests: the name and contact information (email address and/or mobile phone number) that a host provides for each person on their guest list, along with RSVP responses and any preferences a guest sets (such as their preferred contact channel).
- Operational records: basic technical logs needed to run the service securely and to know whether an invitation was delivered.
How we use it
We use this information for exactly one purpose: operating Warmly Invited — delivering invitations, RSVP confirmations, and event reminders on behalf of hosts, and showing hosts the state of their own guest lists. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build marketing profiles. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it — to anyone, for any reason.
Text messaging (SMS)
Text messages are sent to guests who opt in themselves — by entering their own mobile number and checking a consent box on their invitation page (the flow is shown at warmlyinvited.com/sms) — and, in the limited case described below, to a guest an approved host already has a mobile number for. Opted-in guests receive event-related messages only: an opt-in confirmation, RSVP confirmations, and reminders for events they were invited to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Every text includes opt-out instructions; reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.
Texts from a host you know
A small number of hosts are approved to reach their own guests by text using the mobile number that host already had for them, without the guest entering it here first. This is limited to invitations, reminders and RSVP confirmations for that host's own events — never marketing, never a list anyone was added to. The first message says who the host is and how to stop. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, START to turn them back on, or HELP for help. Volume is capped per host and per event, and nothing is sent overnight except a message telling you an event is cancelled.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers required to deliver messages (our email and text-message delivery processors), and only the minimum needed to deliver them. These providers process the information on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to any other third party, except where the law requires it.
Guest choice and visibility
Guests control their own experience: they can set a preferred contact channel, decline messages entirely, and respond without creating an account. Guest contact information is visible only to the host who provided it — never to other guests, and never publicly.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as it is needed to run the service, and we protect it with industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Children
Warmly Invited is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the current version will always live at this address, with its effective date above. Questions or requests about your information: projects@stage11.ai.
