Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026
Warmly Invited is a free event-invitation service operated by Greenwood Tech. By using it — as a host creating events or as a guest responding to one — you agree to these terms.
The service
Warmly Invited lets hosts create event invitations, send them to their guests by email or text message, and collect RSVPs. It is free to use, carries no advertising, and sells nothing. Hosts are responsible for the events they create and for having a genuine personal connection to the people they invite; the service may not be used for bulk, commercial, or unsolicited messaging of any kind.
Text messaging program
Guests opt in to Warmly Invited event notifications on their personal invitation page, by entering their own mobile number and checking a consent box. Apart from the approved-host case described below, no text message is sent before that opt-in — a guest’s invitation otherwise arrives by email. Opted-in guests receive an opt-in confirmation, event reminders, and RSVP confirmations for their events. The full flow, including the consent panel exactly as guests see it, is shown at warmlyinvited.com/sms.
- Message frequency varies with event activity — typically a small number of messages per event.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, and no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact projects@stage11.ai.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the service — every guest can use email instead, or decline messages entirely.
Our Privacy Policy describes how contact information is handled. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, ever.
Texts sent by an approved host
Some hosts are approved by us to text their own guests directly, using a number the host already had — for example a friend who invited you and has your mobile number. Those texts are limited to invitations, reminders and RSVP confirmations for that host's event. The first message identifies the host and carries opt-out instructions.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Warmly Invited entirely, and START to turn them back on.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact projects@stage11.ai.
- Approved hosts are limited to a small number of texts per day, and no text is sent during overnight hours.
- Hosts are responsible for having a genuine personal connection to everyone they invite; the service may not be used for bulk or unsolicited messaging.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no harassment, no invitations to people you don’t actually know, no attempts to breach the privacy protections that guests rely on.
The service is provided as-is
Warmly Invited is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to deliver every invitation, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the delivery of any particular message. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenwood Tech’s liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the current version will always live at this address, with its effective date above. Questions: projects@stage11.ai.
